Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had some polished/exposed aggregate concrete installed 9 years ago that has always been too slippery after rain. We even had epoxy paint and grit applied but it was still too slippery when wet.
Vision Grind and Polish came out and ground the surface back to the original exposed concrete surface with a 30-grit finish and applied a sealer that soaked into the concrete rather than a coating over the top.
The result looks great and most importantly, has plenty of grip even when wet.
A very professional team and a great result.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I highly recommend Sim and his team. They were professional, organised, and highly skilled throughout the entire project. Sim took the time to explain the options and the process, keeping me informed every step of the way. I couldn’t be happier with my polished concrete garage and alfresco floors. The finished result exceeded my expectations.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Highly recommend Vision Grind and Polish for any commercial floor work. We used them to rejuvenate our shop floor, which had faded over time, and the result was excellent — honestly better than when it was brand new. The experience was first class from start to finish.

Sim, the owner, came out to quote promptly — faster than we expected — and was upfront about how long the job would take. He clearly knows his stuff, with strong technical knowledge, and took the time to tailor the work to suit our budget rather than pushing a one-size-fits-all approach. Communication was excellent the whole way through, and being a small family business it genuinely felt like they cared about getting it right for us.

Sim was also mindful of the impact on our trading and worked to keep disruption to a minimum, which matters a lot when you’re trying to keep the doors open. Great result and a pleasure to deal with — wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Sim was very professional and took the time to explain the process and any questions we had regarding our polished concrete.
